Return & Refund Policy – Rang Virangi


At Rang Virangi, we take pride in delivering high-quality oversized t-shirts with unique designs. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

Unused and unwashed

In original condition

With all tags and packaging intact


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Items returned without original packaging

Products purchased during clearance or sale (if applicable)


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact us at [your email/contact] with your order ID

Share clear images of the product (if defective or wrong item)

Our team will review and guide you through the next steps


4. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit


5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for size issues or defective products, subject to stock availability

If your size is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or choose another product


6. Reverse Pickup

We offer reverse pickup in selected locations

If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may need to self-ship the product (shipping costs may be reimbursed if the return is due to our error)


7. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Report it within 48 hours of delivery

We will prioritize replacement or full refund at no extra cost


8. Important Notes

Rang Virangi reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake
